expressing emotions is very healthy... each unexpressed emotion is like a thorn in the soul... there are many ways... for example, speaking and putting into words what we feel... writing... singing... listening to music... in what Personally, I used to like to sing and change the lyrics to the songs with the ideas associated with what I felt. Emotions are also expressed through different scenarios and symbols when sleeping. One way that I recently discovered is symbolizing them with animated faces. Imagining a face animated with anguish... pain... frustration... and any emotion... generates a great soothing effect on my consciousness
