Waking up

I am starting to dread sleeping as every day after a busy day at work i have disturbed sleep,dream too much and wake up with dry mouth,Overactive brain and ringing in the ears.

Any suggestions to help with this?

Is it stress depression or anxiety?

Try exercise and relaxation techniques after work. Learn to leave work at work.
