Each pound i lose, the closer to death

SO each morning I weigh myself and it reads 87 at night time it's either 89 or 90 lbs.

Today I ate an apple, two servings of spagettite with peppers, onions, chicken, and Parmesan cheese. AND a k bar ... and a glass of mountain due. one ensure shake.

on a scale of 1-10 how bad is that?
cause im full now.

I think a good resource for nutrition would be jurplesman, a forum member. If he doesn't pop in I would definitely send him a message. Briary is a good resource too. also your doctor :) Offhand, I'd say you need a more regular diet, and more inf for us.

I'm sorry, I don't know a lot about nutrition - perhaps somebody else could help with some specifics. Yes, Jurplesman does have a wealt of knowledge about nutrition if he's around. But be prepared for a very lengthy scientific reply ;)

But with my limited knowledge, it that would appear to be a fairly balanced diet. If you looked at that food triangle diagram it seems you have all the main food groups covered.

But I guess perhaps the portions are may be quite small. BTW, I did read your other thread where you mentioned financial difficulties, so I do appreciate that sticking to what's recommended must be hard. I'm sorry...

90lb does sound quite a low weight to me, but what's really important is BMI, which takes into account a person's height too. There are loads on online calculators.

Try and do the best with what's available.
