Yea . I have the wife and kids . Not broke either .
I still feel like sh** . A 30 year habit , only 37 days in .
I am into training in a big way and know how to exhaust myself ..
It makes no difference . Sleep is 3 h at best then I wake up from a vivid dream , sweat ridden .

I did quit for 7 months in 2009 while training for a race , so I ha e experienced this before .
Month 3 is usually when the dreams stop for me ,
Hope it’s the same this time .

Good luck to you all , and anyone reading this .
I feel shot abs good at the same time !

After a 8 months, you will most likely have insomnia. The most of people use weed to help them sleep, therefore, it should come as no surprise that the most common cannabis withdrawal symptom is insomnia. This proves particularly true for chronic users, however, the length of time that you suffer from insomnia greatly depends on how long you’ve been smoking.

A good effect that comes after a 8 months of quitting is that your memory, intelligence, and attention could enhance.
