I find it easier to build my confidence by focusing on every good that can come out of anything I am doing.

As they say, the only way is up. You don't have to wait for a "down" moment in your life.

When you make a mistake, or when out of the blue Mr. Adversity just shows up, just keep going.

When everything's fine, still, just keep going!

Let the outside world do its thing, but never ever compromise your attitude and your principles.

Perfect words ! i really loved them, everybody must know it... Self esteem isnt just always feel good in any situation, but it s dont care on take risks and face the problems beliveing u can do it

How does the kid learn to ride the bike?
He simply go there and experiment with the bike
And he try to understand it

First he may try the horn,
Than he may try a bike with three wheels
And as he starts to understand the point he will also feel more ready to experiment with a two wheels bike

You dont just put a kid on two wheels bike, and expect him to drive like a pro, no you dont because the kid may fall and brake a leg

The kid needs time to spend with the bike

And so you need time to spend with your studies, your job, to experiment with, to understand it
