Hello fellow beings :)

Hi to All

I'm some1 who really wants Peace in Life, that's the only thing that matters to me

things like friends, relationships, etc never mattered to me

I like Simple things a Lot , I try to keep everything as simple as possible


But Now a days I'm getting frustrated and uneasy day by day, It's like I'm getting crazy

All I ever wanted is peace ,

So I gathered myself up and started searching for help and I found this forum

I'm all about nothing but simple living, I want to live alone and peaceful

but when I close my eyes I get terribly lost in my past , some times I get lost dreaming about the future with my eyes wide open

I just want to forget my past and live in the moment

but the more I try to do that, the more frustrated I get


there are so many things I want to share with you guys, but I don't know if those things are worth telling



Dear friends, please help me get peace



Now I don't know what to search for or where to go, I cant think

If I try to think, it feels like my brain will blow up

I also want to stop using words like (offensive words, all slang words, cursing , swearing)

I've been watching Hollywood movies and tv series lately, I believe it has had a bad influence on me

Its actually hard to forget past if its a troubling one. It need serious work, either therapy/self help or good, understanding people around you... is this post your way to trying find new friends? (asking because you said you never cared much for friends and relationships) How old are you?

If you're in fact going to read it, start with the "The Ultimate Spiritual Way".

Sounds to me your are forcing this whole peace thing a bit too much. Relax. Ship sails over calm sea.

Past wont bother me exactly..
I just keep on talking to myself inside my head , all non sense.

ya may be friends, or just .. I donno

And I never cared bout friends and relatives, I had always been dedicated to myself and my work , thats it

Okay buddy, I'll have to find an E book of it

and what else can I do mate, ! , Peace is my life's only Goal

Relaxing, this is what I'm here.. I used to relax until a few days ago... I just am not able to relax lately

until a week ago, I was very much happy and peaceful
but now a days, I'm getting frustrated but still I try to keep calm
and the more i try to keep calm, the more my head aches
its like suffocation

back at you human.

why are you getting frustrated?

some ideas:

- doing something out of the ordinary can be a way to jazz up your life. do something you've never done before. anything really to break up your routine. travel to somewhere you've never traveled before. go on a trip overseas or something. this won't necessarily relax you but it could energize you & refresh you.

- assign yourself a task. eg wash the dishes. now feel how your hands feel in the warm water. how does the water feel when you agitate it? analyze your dish washing technique. could your technique be more efficient? could you do the plates first then the knives then the cups? or 1 cup then 1 knife then 1 plate? this could just serve to keep you in the moment & experiencing the moment.

- listen to some music. play sport. play an instrument. play a game. again, things that will keep you in the moment.
