Angry on forums

Postby Danacovert82 » Sat Oct 03, 2015 6:59 pm

I think I figured why I get angry on forums:

It's because I feel like things have to be the boss, and get things perfect on them. What do you think is the reason I get mad on forums?

I also post threads that I think I can tell people what to say, or not say. So, that's bossing them around. I post the most famous topic on forums, televangelists. I like them, but, people seem to be forcing me not to like them. But, I'm needing to learn that they just want me to not be s part of their supposed false teachings. Anyway, I'd like your opinions about why I get angry on forums. Thanks.

I'm gonna let people say what they want regardless of how mad I get.

And, I will not share how angry I am to people. I'll pm them and try to work things out. No need to put how mad I am on the open forum.

Well is good if we can learn better ways how to disagree with people , we have to respect the fact that someone just doesnt agree with what you say

I am not blaming you because there are people who can trigger a chaos maybe counsciously or uncounsciously and lets you feel guilty about it, for example in a job interview they may try to test how you react

But that doesnt meen you should not feel responsible for how you approach, how you respond
You should always search for the best ways
How to disagree with others
How to answer a provocative question
And all about that

I feel that if I'm getting mad, I should leave for a while and think of a good, calm way to respond to the situation. It just sometimes makes me feel bad I hurt people. And I feel like I have to go apologize to everyone with an,"I'm Sorry" thread explaining that I'm really sorry. Maybe I shouldn't do that anymore?

We need to focus to make ourselves feel good
there is no need to make oneself feel guilty so i would not recommend you tell people i am sorry,
Is just that you dont want to be the one who creates problems all the time, that doesnt make you feel good

You dont want to create a negative atmosphere around oneself, you want it to be positive ,
You dont want panic, frustration or whatsoever and than telling i am sorry
So you switching from hating to feeling guilty or whatsoever i dont really think you want any of that

Nope. I want to tell people I'm a good person, so, come and ask for my advice on anything you want. Or whatever it is. Or, people have told me that I should give advice and encouragement where I can.

I am absolutely agree with the Laureat, he is saying all correct. If you get angry on forum leave the thing for the few moment and keep yourself calm. It will help you in reverting people in proper manner, and where you will be in a position to react correctly or reply correctly..

As you said you want to tell people that you are a good person. In that case, you dont need to tell others that you are good. When you react properly and reply them politely they will automatically start feeling or start considering that you are good person. Isnt it?

That's what I meant. My words need to reflect that I am a good person. I don't need to fly off the handle of someone says or does anything that makes me mad.

Well, I can't be entirely sure of why you get angry on Forums, but, looking at what you wrote, you may get angry because people complain that your writing lacks style and that nobody seems about to get your point, since you express things so, well, incoherently. Certainly it would make ME angry if people said I had no Style and was Incoherent.

Now let us sit back and see if that is IT.

I am against: FIGHT, FLIGHT, BLAME

I am not teaching you to run away
I am not teaching you to fight
I am not teaching you to blame oneself or others

There is no need to make someone feel guilty
Neither you need oneself to make feel guilty
You can simply relax and enjoy

You want to get me going. I know you do. I'm not playing your games. Lol. 8)

Yes, it's hard for me to say what I want on forums. I don't know how to write what I want in a way that will make people understand me. So, for instance if I were to write a post about Joel Osteen, I would just say I like him, and he's my pastor. That was just a for instance. That's all I can say about Joel Osteen.

Does that make sense? I hope it does.

 I'm getting a little angry in the I Wish thread in the Light Lounge at people that are acting like I'm creating threads about myself, and telling people to reply to my threads. I'm not doing that. Help!!!!! What do I tell them to make them realize this in a sincere way that helps me not be angry? I will take your advice to heart.

Almost invariably whenever I submit a post on any forum or anywhere, I mean immediately after posting, I feel that I haven't expressed what I meant to say in the right way. Something to do with the way that the mind works ahead of the typing hand I suppose. The end result is that I feel I've misrepresented myself in some way, then someone replies with an opinion based on that misrepresentation. Not this time though, I've thought this one through lol.

The solution to anger is boringly simple - learn to get into the habit of stepping back, relaxing and thinking first about what you're about to say or do when you know and feel that anger is clouding your judgement. You'll feel much better about it afterwards because you know you've quite possibly saved yourself from a world of trouble.
