Practise affirmations.

Your thoughts create your reality. Life is already hard enough, why make it even harder with negative thoughts?

Practise your affirmations, and make these affirmations become your beliefs. Eventually you will internalize it

You think that life is hard enough? Doesn't sound like a very positive reality you have created with your thoughts.

Man... what a petty response. At least his affirmation is realistic and acknowledges the struggles which are an inherent part of all life.

I do not personally find affirmations to be significantly helpful on their own, but I strongly believe that our thoughts influence our actions, and that it is important for us to use our actions to influence our thoughts. Changing our environment will have more effect on us than we realize.
