Did anyone notice within the first month to two of paws that your depression and anxeity was really bad on a specific day. Like for some reason every Sunday is the worst for me. Other days are to sometimes but Sundays I get hit the hardest?

Because you have to go to work?

This is not PAWS, everyone have it :D

I'm joking, but maybe it's the negative expectations what will happen when week / work starts...

Hey guys!!!

I'm happy to share a story of success with you 8) Now, over 27 months, almost no issues (sometimes maybe a little sleepiness). What is still kinda actual is the fact that I feel "PAWS" when hanging over... in my country, the drinking is very popular and part of natural socialization. The hangovers still reminds me what was up in the past two years, but it also gets better - of course, the best is not to drink or drink in moderation :D

I see many many benefits - good emotions, good feeling with people, communication!!! absolutely fine. Focus may be better sometimes, but even when I feel normal, I think there will be some improvement in next months - when I saw some recent posts that recovery may take 3 years etc. Guys, be cool, don't smoke and you will see the results, it's definitely worth it! :)

Thanks for sharing your journey with us over these posts. I'm at 8 months today, and I remember reading through your thread back when I was still deep in the awful times of being sober for 2-3 months.

I find that socializing really distracts me from my issues once I'm in a group setting. I'm generally exhausted afterward though, but it's a nice distraction. I am super anxious leading up to any social event though, or coming back to work after time off.
