Yep. Every Sunday I set myself an action plan. I call it "Planning Sunday." Because I have been using a week by week action plan for over 5 years, it normally takes roughly 30 minutes, no more than an hour each Sunday to determine what I want to accomplish for the upcoming week.
This week, my action plan involves creating a workbook as well as some content modules for an upcoming workshop I will be delivering starting the 22nd of August. Also in my action plan are my fitness, a meeting I have with a colleague, a book I am reading, packing (I need to go buy some items) and then on Friday I am flying to Shanghai, China.
